Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Associate Director, Sponsorships & Memberships in the United States to lead end-to-end sponsorship and membership processes across therapeutic areas. You will manage a high-volume portfolio, set expectations with stakeholders, ensure compliance, and guide cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance & Integrity, Finance and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, or clinical discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience across medical affairs, operations, finance, compliance, or business ops.
• Experience managing high-volume, externally facing processes.
• Knowledge of OIG, FDA, PhRMA, transparency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Sponsorships and Membership process from intake to closeout.
• Triage high-volume portfolio to meet business and compliance needs.
• Provide decision-ready materials and present recommendations.
• Lead continuous improvement of the process with metrics and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Procurement.
