Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industry or academic experience across medical affairs, operations, finance, compliance, or business operations.
• Experience independently managing complex, high-volume, externally facing processes (sponsorships, memberships, grants, funding).
• Knowledge of OIG, FDA, PhRMA, transparency, and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sponsorships and memberships process for assigned areas, from intake to closeout.
• Triage high-volume portfolio to meet business, compliance, and timing needs.
• Review and render final approval/denial decisions within defined thresholds.
• Escalate risks to Funding Review Committee with clear documentation and rationale.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and metrics for sponsorship and membership activity.
