Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct operational and administrative support to the MDA SMO (CED) under the Specialty Engineering Director.
• Manage and maintain the Frequency Authorization tracker for all MDA missions.
• Develop, author, and submit System Certifications (DD1494) using STEPSTONE and EL-CID.
• Develop, coordinate, and submit frequency authorization requests using Spectrum XXI.
• Develop, update, and maintain critical reports and databases for operations and engineering.
• Troubleshoot EMI issues between developmental and deployed systems.
• Document SOPs, workflows, and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing.
• Develop Host Nation Coordination packets and Site Surveys for global deployments.
