Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a highly experienced Specialist for Spectrum Management Strategy and Operations in Los Angeles. This onsite role combines national-level policy coordination with hands-on spectrum management to support U.S.

space superiority and military operations. You will drive the relocation and auction processes for mid-band spectrum, navigate NTIA/ITU/DoW regulations, and manage EMS planning on secure networks for classified missions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with related experience.
• 2–4 years of experience with spectrum management.
• Experience with NTIA, ITU, and DoW regulations.
• Space systems experience and systems engineering.
• Secure networks planning and data management.
• Excellent data gathering and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate national spectrum policy initiatives and tactical EMS management.
• Support relocation and auction processes for mid-band spectrum.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage electromagnetic spectrum for space-based systems.
• Ensure interference-free spectrum access for national security missions.
