Job summary

Alora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to cover a defined U.S. territory.

This direct hire opportunity with Inizio Engage focuses on promoting Relexxii and ADHD products, delivering clinically relevant education to Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Primary Care providers. You will develop a strategic territory plan, build long-term relationships with HCPs and staff, and utilize data-driven insights to drive performance while navigating prior authorizations and pharmacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience required.
• Experience or understanding of prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote Relexxii and ADHD products within a defined territory.
• Call on Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Primary Care providers.
• Deliver clinically relevant product education and value-based messaging.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and office staff.
• Utilize data, insights, and reporting tools to drive performance.
• Navigate and support PA and pharmacy pull-through processes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while complying with guidelines.
