Job summary

Alora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to drive promotion of Relexxii and ADHD products across a defined U.S. territory.

The role involves calling on Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Primary Care providers, delivering product education and value-based messaging, and executing strategic territory plans. The candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, use data tools to track performance, and navigate prior authorizations and pull-through processes to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Promote Relexxii and ADHD products within a defined territory.
• Call on Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Primary Care providers.
• Deliver clinically relevant product education and value-based messaging.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with HCPs and office staff.

What will you be doing?

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while operating within compliance guidelines

What do you need for this position?

• Bachelor's degree required (B.A. or B.S.)
• 1-2 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience required
• Experience or understanding of prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Performance Driven & Results-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 annually. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and company-sponsored holidays.
