Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to execute the placement cycle with a focus on finance, banking, and creative markets in Dover, NH. You will build relationships with customers and associates, coach on policy interpretation, and ensure compliant, timely performance analyses.

You will develop creative recruiting strategies, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding while maintaining strong internal and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; Adecco Group experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience (Banking, Finance, Creative industries) & Internet recruiting experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: conducts searches, analyzes results, and builds recruiting strategies for professional skill sets.
• Recruiting: develops strategies to attract qualified candidates, maintains candidate network, and conducts interviews.
• Delivers service: coordinates onboarding, client communications, and scheduling; ensures compliant documentation.
• Leadership: coaching associates and participating in special projects as assigned.
• Retention: coach associates for skill development and redeployment; evaluate satisfaction.
