Qualifications

• Eligible candidate must hold a B.S./B.A. in business or healthcare field.
• Experience in pharmacy access, revenue cycle, or contracting in healthcare or insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to grow, develop, and be an integral team member.
• Minimum 5 years in revenue cycle, financial counseling, or pharmacy access roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient access between acute care, ambulatory sites, and specialty pharmacies.
• Verify insurance benefits and payer policies to resolve access barriers.
• Provide financial counseling and discuss assistance options with patients.
• Assist care teams with prior authorizations and appeals.
