You will create, lead and implement COI strategy for business bankers and educate colleagues about the Foreign Subsidiary value proposition. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with 12-15+ years in commercial or foreign subsidiary banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 12-15+ years of Commercial and/or Foreign Subsidiary banking experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with CRB leadership nationwide to execute Specialty Banking Foreign Subsidiary strategy.
• Provide education around COIs in the Foreign Subsidiary world to Business Bankers.
• Create and maintain a long-term vision to ensure consistent execution for new Specialty Banking originations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
