Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a senior leader to partner with the Consumer and Regional Banking leadership to drive strategic projects and develop sales and training resources. The role focuses on field communication and ensuring consistent execution of the Foreign Subsidiary strategy across the footprint.

The candidate will create and lead COI strategy for business bankers, educating across the Specialty Banking domain and supporting enterprise-originations with a forward-looking vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 12–15+ years of Commercial or Foreign Subsidiary banking experience.
• Experience in leadership, sales, service or oversight roles in Specialty Banking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CRB leadership nationwide to execute the Foreign Subsidiary strategy.
• Educate Business Bankers on COIs and value proposition in Foreign Subsidiary Banking.
• Develop a long-term vision to ensure enterprise-originations are executed.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for partnership with Consumer and Regional Banking (CRB) leadership nationwide to execute on Specialty Banking Foreign Subsidiary strategy throughout all channels.
• Provide education around COIs in the Foreign Subsidiary world to Business Bankers and how to educate on our value proposition in the Foreign Subsidiary Banking sector.
• Create and maintain a forward-thinking, long-term vision to ensure consistent execution to plan for new Specialty Banking originations from the enterprise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 12-15 + years of Commercial and or Foreign Subsidiary banking experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Management experience with background in sales, service, or oversight roles with a focus on Specialty Banking sales
• Strong coaching and training skills
• Ability to professionally interact with all levels within the organization
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task PC and internet proficiency
