Job summary

DP Electric is seeking a Special Projects Manager to lead its service department and drive successful, profitable outcomes on special construction projects. You will direct daily activities, set strategic direction, and ensure quality and safety compliance from planning through project completion.

You will collaborate with operations, marketing, and vendors, with a focus on resource optimization, customer strategy, and performance against aggressive client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline required.
• Five years of experience scheduling and delivering services, resource allocation, or similar in electrical contracting or construction.

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule, estimate, and coordinate daily activities of the service department for special projects.
• Monitor productivity and service response times against client expectations.
• Mentor team members and align workforce to project requirements.
• Develop department budgets and monitor spend against allocations.
