Job summary

DP Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to keep electrical construction projects moving from planning through closeout in our Texas offices. The role involves managing billing, budgets, timelines, and progress tracking, while preparing procedures for field crews and staying close enough to details to catch issues early.

You will support multiple projects, coordinating with project managers, field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring paperwork keeps pace with project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Four (4) years of experience in the electrical contracting industry, focused on project support.

Responsibilities

• Run the Project Controls: billing, budgets, timelines, and progress tracking.
• Prepare Method of Procedures documents for crews.
• Monitor progress against milestones and address issues early to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with internal teams and conduct project meetings to review progress.
