Job summary

WME in New York is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management of speaking engagements, coordinating travel and event details with Speaker’s office, hosting organizations, and internal teams.

This role also supports Vetting and Research activities and requires 4–6 years of client servicing or events experience, with a strong focus on VIP coordination and logistics. The position may require after-hours work during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years client-based servicing and/or events management experience.
• Direct experience staffing high level VIPs preferred.
• Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies and vendors.
• Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of speakers’ events, including interfacing with Speaker’s office and hosting organizations.
• Develop and follow project timelines for all event deliverables from acceptance to event date.
• Manage approvals for event logistics, materials, and VIP components.
• Coordinate with internal teams and track travel expenses with vendors and accounting.
• Provide thorough pre-event briefing materials and post-event summaries.
