Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Spatial Data Manager to lead governance and analysis of space, occupancy, and workplace data across the client’s real estate portfolio. The role acts as SME for CAD and CAFM technologies and partners with Occupancy Planning, Move Management, and Facilities teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.

You will drive data quality improvements, develop dashboards, support portfolio planning, and translate complex spatial data into business recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Space Planning, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or related workplace services.
• Experience managing CAD drawings and CAFM/IWMS platforms.
• Experience translating workplace data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer space data governance and maintain data quality.
• Manage CAD drawings and CAFM/IWMS platforms.
• Develop reports on occupancy, utilization, and capacity.
• Support workplace planning and portfolio analysis.
• Engage with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Champion continuous data governance improvements.
