Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Spatial Data Manager to oversee strategic administration, governance, and analysis of space, occupancy, and workplace data for client real estate portfolios. The role partners with Occupancy Planning, Project Management, Move Management, Facilities Management, and client stakeholders to drive data integrity, reporting excellence, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience supporting corporate real estate, facilities management, workplace strategy, occupancy planning, space management, or related workplace services functions.
• Demonstrated experience managing CAD drawings, CAFM/IWMS platforms, occupancy databases, and workplace data within a corporate environment.
• Experience translating workplace data into actionable business recommendations and operational improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for space data governance, CAD environment, and occupancy databases.
• Maintain data governance standards and reporting consistency across space data.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of space, occupancy, utilization data and reports.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting on occupancy, utilization, and portfolio performance.
• Provide spatial analysis and planning support for growth initiatives, restacking projects, and occupancy planning activities.
• Collaborate with OCC Planning, Move Management, Project Management and Facilities teams to support workplace planning.
