Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within a corporate environment.
• Strong professional communication skills and ability to influence and advise business leaders.
• Proficiency with Workday and demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience passively prospecting technical professionals using various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies.
• Collaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team.
• Partner with hiring managers and business unit leaders in scoping discussions and candidate debriefs.
