Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Senior Program Manager to partner with customers, guiding mission-critical programs from concept to execution while integrating technical, schedule, and cost baselines. You will manage cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and mission delivery, and serve as the primary liaison to customers.

You will lead risk management, stakeholder engagement, and program execution to advance our national security mission in the space domain, overseeing subcontractor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• Active TS/SCI US government security clearance with SCI eligibility strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering a space vehicle through the entire engineering life cycle—from concept to deployment.
• Experience with risk assessment, cost, schedule, and technical baseline management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted partner to customers, guiding programs from concept to execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and mission delivery.
• Develop and own the program baseline (cost, schedule, technical) with the chief engineer.
• Manage subcontractor performance and external contributions to meet high-quality standards.
• Prepare bids, proposals, studies, and deliverables for customer reviews.
