Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a Technical Program Manager with hardware background to lead end-to-end delivery of a cutting‑edge missile defense program, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability across engineering, production, security, and program office.

You will own delivery plans, manage dependencies, and maintain real‑time dashboards to inform executives, operating with a high degree of ambiguity and urgency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management in technical fields.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other software tracking tools.
• Deep familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban processes.
• Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience working classified DoW programs or relevant background.
• Secret Clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the missile defense program.
• Own program execution: define delivery plans, manage scope and milestones, drive accountability.
• Serve as primary delivery interface with engineering and program office; compile metrics.
• Translate product requirements into actionable technical plans with engineering.
• Highlight risks, gaps, and ensure decisions support timelines, security, and reliability.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and maintain a real-time dependency map.
• Track program performance using metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and manage risks, tradeoffs, blockers; escalate when needed.
• Create structure and alignment in high-ambiguity environments.
• Maintain dashboards for up-to-date stakeholder decisions.
