Job summary

True Anomaly, based in Denver or Long Beach, seeks a Senior/Staff Technical Product Manager to bridge product vision and engineering execution within the space domain.

You will define requirements, work with the US Space Force and other USG customers, and drive strategic capability development while coordinating across engineering, cyber, legal, and finance to ensure the product meets external and internal needs.

Qualifications

• Partner with customers, BD, and engineers to define product functionality and prioritize features.
• Engage directly with the US Government to align expectations and guide the roadmap.
• Own scope trade-offs between product vision and delivery capacity.
• Create clear, actionable requirements, epics, and specifications for engineering.
• Map and document user workflows, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Define and track success metrics, gather feedback and iterate.
• Partner with technical teams to deliver capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers, business development, and engineers to define product functionality, shaping scope where requirements are thin or evolving, and prioritize features based on business goals and technical feasibility
• Engage directly with the US Government to align expectations, continually solicit feedback, and earn trust to partner with the customer to guide the roadmap
• Own scope trade-offs between product vision and delivery capacity, making prioritization calls when needed
• Create clear, actionable requirements, epics, and other specifications that guide engineering execution
• Map and document user workflows, data flows, and system dependencies to ensure a full-stack understanding of product behavior
