Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Senior Program Manager to guide mission-critical space programs from concept to execution, tightly controlling cost, schedule, and technical baselines. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored space products and services, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring program objectives are met.

The role requires expertise in aerospace programs, risk management, and delivering end-to-end space vehicle programs, with a strong focus on stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; or a Graduate Degree and 7+ years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with SCI eligibility preferred.
• Experience delivering space vehicles through the engineering lifecycle.
• Strong customer relationships and cross-functional leadership in aerospace programs.
• Experience aligning program goals with customer mission objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate and execute space vehicle missions.
• Develop and own the program baseline (cost, schedule, technical) with the chief engineer.
• Serve as the primary liaison between company and customers.
• Oversee subcontractor activities and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead bids, proposals, studies, and program management reviews.
