Job summary

True Anomaly seeks a Senior/Staff Product Manager – Technical to bridge product vision and technical execution in the space domain. You will work with US Space Force and other USG customers to define requirements and drive capability development, translating needs into detailed product specs for engineers.

You will collaborate across engineering, cyber, legal, and finance to ensure the product meets external and internal needs, while owning the implementation strategy and ensuring user-centric

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or technical product ownership.
• Experience with external customers and earning trust.
• Experience delivering government contracts (milestones/demo-based).
• Experience with cloud architectures, containerized software, web apps, developer tools, data products.
• Able to visualize and communicate complex data and user workflows.
• Experience writing technical docs, PRDs, or specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Agile/Scrum familiar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers, business development, and engineers to define functionality and prioritize features.
• Engage with US Government to align expectations and gather feedback.
• Own scope trade-offs between vision and delivery capacity.
• Create clear requirements, epics, and specs for engineering.
• Map user workflows, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Define and track success metrics; iterate to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with program management and engineering leadership on backlog priorities.
• Provide concise program updates to executives with clear documentation and dashboards.
