True Anomaly in Denver is seeking a Senior Program Manager who will serve as a trusted partner to our customers, guiding mission-critical programs from concept to execution while seamlessly integrating technical, schedule, and cost baselines.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, and mission delivery to provide transparent, agile solutions that advance our clients' goals, manage risk, and deliver exceptional value in the space domain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering a space vehicle through the engineering life cycle—from concept to deployment.
• Strong track record building customer relationships through effective team leadership.
• Experience managing risk and overseeing cost, schedule, and technical baselines in aerospace/engineering.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating proposals and quotes.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and/or quotes.
• Eligible for Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree plus 9+ years experience; or Masters with 7+; or 13+ years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead program teams to integrate space vehicle missions and deliver tailored products.
• Develop and own the program baseline (cost, schedule, technical) with the chief engineer.
• Serve as primary liaison to customers, aligning goals with mission objectives.
• Oversee subcontractor activities meeting high-quality standards.
• Prepare bids, proposals, studies, and deliverables; present value proposition.
• Coordinate internal program management reviews.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and mission delivery.
