Sazerac Company is seeking a Space Planning Manager to bridge data and shelf strategy for top beverage retailers. You will lead a team of space planning analysts, drive planogram projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize assortment and shelf productivity.

Must have 5–7 years in space planning or related roles, strong Excel and BI skills, and experience with major planning tools. Travel up to 25% and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in space management, space planning, category management, merchandising, or retail analytics.
• 2+ years in consumer-packaged goods or beverage alcohol industry.
• Experience leading projects and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of space planning tools (JDA/Blue Yonder, Shelf IQ) and syndicated data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of space planning analysts and drive space management initiatives across national retailers.
• Translate shopper insights into actionable shelf and merchandising recommendations.
• Lead planogram development, optimization, and resets from strategy to execution.
• Deliver data-driven insights and presentations to stakeholders and drive cross-functional partnerships.
