This remote role is based in the United States (Des Moines area preferred) and involves evaluating planograms, optimizing assortment, and collaborating with internal teams and retailers to drive growth. Strong analytical skills and experience with planogram tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in space planning, category management, retail analytics, or related discipline.
• Experience with planogram software and syndicated data sources.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Turn shopper, category, and sales data into shelving strategies that improve performance.
• Evaluate planogram effectiveness and optimize assortment and placement.
• Partner with retailers to deliver fact-based recommendations with visuals and insights.
• Lead planogram and shelf reset initiatives with data integrity and stakeholder alignment.
• Support category and assortment projects to unlock growth opportunities.
