Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant space management, space planning, or merchandising experience.
• 2+ years in consumer-packaged goods or retail beverage industry.
• Experience leading projects and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of space planning tools (JDA/Blue Yonder, Shelf IQ).
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of space planning analysts and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee planogram development, reset projects, and data integrity.
• Translate shopper insights into actionable shelf and category strategies.
• Build category partnerships and present insights to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
