Job summary

Arizona Public Service (APS) is seeking a Space Planning/Real Estate Administrator to balance space planning, workplace design and property administration. You will support efficient work environments, ensure regulatory compliance, and help maximize value of APS facilities.

You will partner with leaders to align space strategies with growth, analyze trends, and guide lease and property decisions while maintaining safety and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field with 5 years' design/architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workspace needs and develop space solutions.
• Analyze facility data to improve space utilization and occupancy planning.
• Ensure layouts meet ADA and OSHA standards and other safety codes.
• Provide CAD support for furniture floorplan concepts and standards.
• Manage real property administration of leased and owned assets.
