Job summary

Space Systems Integration in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced Operations Integrator to bridge operations with software, systems engineering, and fielding teams. You will coordinate with government program offices, NSDC partners, and mission stakeholders to ensure capabilities meet operational needs.

Applicants should have extensive space operations background, DoD acquisition knowledge, and a active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in space operations, command and control, or DoD mission areas.
• Knowledge of DoD software acquisition practices and DoDI 5000.87.
• Active TS clearance with in-scope T5/SSBI; SCI eligibility and polygraph expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations expertise across requirements development, systems design, software development, testing, and fielding.
• Engage with NSDC operators and mission partners to translate needs into requirements.
• Develop training and war games for operator readiness.
• Coordinate participation in demonstrations, tests, exercises, and fielding activities.
• Analyze military data to support planning, testing, and decision-making.
• Identify and resolve integration issues across software, data, interfaces, and security.
