Qualifications

• Top Secret/SCI clearance required; polygraph if needed.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years military or IC compartmented experience, or 10+ years specialized experience.
• Experience with space concepts (remote sensing to include RF, EO, hyperspectral, radar) and geospatial sensing.
• Knowledge of Joint, Interagency, and Army staffing pathways.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Space Operations Integrator and as a technical advisor.
• Advise on internal and external requirements policies, processes, and procedures.
• Review Joint Space capabilities and assist CSU in incorporating into train, man, equip, validation, and employment cycles.
• Draft, format, review, and quality check Space Domain related training plans, CONEMPs, MICONs and CONOPs.
• Ensure CSU initiatives are coordinated, deconflicted and nested within Intelligence Community, USSPACECOM, Combatant Commands and Theater Component requirements.
• Identify and participate in Space capability and initiatives related to knowledge Communities of Interest across the federal enterprise.
• Develop and maintain Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) supporting Lessons Learned operational growth for CSU.
• Use intelligence tools for analytical support to identify and incorporate space focused opportunities for CSU.
• Monitor and track requirements documentation actions.
• Implement data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity for retrieval and analysis.
