Job summary

SAIC seeks an Operations Integrator to support SSC Kronos FoS and BMC3 by bridging operational users, government program offices, systems engineers, software teams, test organizations, and mission partners. Based in Colorado Springs, you will synchronize requirements, testing, fielding, and operational employment with NSDC and mission partners.

You will work to ensure capabilities are informed by operational needs and transitioned into fielded usage, applying DevOps practices and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years in space operations, command and control, systems engineering, acquisition, or related DoD mission areas.
• At least three years supporting a tactical space operations unit or comparable space mission environment.
• Ability to translate operator needs into technical, programmatic, and test requirements and communicate issues to operators.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations integration focal point between Kronos FoS program activities and NSDC, Program Office, and other partners.
• Provide operations expertise to requirements development, systems design, software development, test planning, and fielding.
• Capture operational needs and translate them into actionable program and technical requirements.
• Coordinate operational participation in demonstrations, tests, exercises, and fielding activities to assess utility and integration.
