Job summary

Chase Corporation and its Sheldahl division seek a Senior Sales Engineering Leader to drive strategic growth across space, aerospace, defense, and advanced satellite communications markets.

You will engage spacecraft engineers, thermal engineers, materials engineers, design engineers, and program managers to identify and commercialize technologies in mission-critical applications. Strong technical credibility and commercial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, business development in aerospace/defense.
• Experience selling complex engineered solutions to aerospace, satellite, electronics, or advanced-manufacturing orgs.
• Strong consultative selling and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for priority space, aerospace, satellite, and defense accounts.
• Lead technical discussions translating customer needs into commercial plans.
• Manage opportunities from design engagement through qualification and production adoption.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Product Management.
