Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or related fields.
• Proven track record selling complex aerospace/defense solutions.
• Experience managing long sales cycles from design engagement to production.
• Knowledge of aerospace materials, thermal management, and high-reliability manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for space, aerospace, satellite, and defense accounts.
• Lead technical discussions to capture application requirements and environmental needs.
• Position technologies across thermal management, satellites, avionics, and packaging.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management through prototyping and qualification.
• Provide market insights to inform product and pricing decisions.
