Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or related field.
• Experience selling to aerospace, defense, satellite, electronics, or advanced manufacturing organizations.
• Experience managing long-cycle, qualification-driven opportunities.
• Knowledge of aerospace materials, thermal-management systems, spacecraft hardware, or related technologies.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for space, aerospace, satellite, and defense accounts.
• Identify and develop new customers and programs across aerospace markets.
• Manage opportunities from design engagement through production adoption.
• Lead technical discussions on requirements, environmental conditions, reliability, and qualification standards.
• Position Chase and Sheldahl technologies across thermal management and high-reliability applications.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management through prototyping and qualification.
