Job summary

Chase Corporation, together with Sheldahl, seeks a Senior Sales Engineering Leader to drive strategic growth across space, aerospace, defense, and advanced satellite communications markets. You will work with spacecraft engineers, thermal engineers, and program managers to identify, specify, and commercialize advanced technologies.

You will develop customer relationships early in the design cycle, convert engineering opportunities into revenue, and expand relationships with commercial space

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in technical sales, applications engineering, or related field.
• Experience selling to aerospace/defense or high-reliability markets.
• Experience managing long-cycle, qualification-driven opportunities.
• Knowledge of aerospace materials and thermal-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for space, aerospace, satellite, and defense accounts.
• Engage with engineers and procurement to qualify opportunities.
• Lead technical discussions and translate requirements into commercial solutions.
• Travel 40–60% across North America for reviews and events.
