Job summary

Chase Corporation and Sheldahl are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Engineering Leader to drive strategic growth across the Space, Aerospace, Defense, and Advanced Satellite Communications markets.

This role will work with spacecraft engineers and program managers to identify and commercialize advanced technologies in mission-critical applications, blending technical credibility with commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical sales or related field.
• Experience selling complex or engineered solutions to aerospace/defense markets.
• Experience managing long-cycle opportunities from design engagement to production adoption.
• Knowledge of aerospace materials, thermal-management, and high-reliability manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for space/aerospace accounts across NA.
• Lead consultative technical discussions on requirements, environments, and performance.
• Translate customer needs into product priorities and drive qualification to production.
