Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience or exposure to procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Familiarity with SAP and strong Excel skills.
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and purchasing processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review BOMs and issue RFQs to approved suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier proposals based on cost, delivery, lead times and terms.
• Create and manage POs in SAP with proper approvals.
• Track and expedite POs to maintain project schedules and material availability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, and supply issues.
