Job summary

Altera Corporation is seeking an experienced senior procurement professional to develop and execute indirect category strategies in a fast-paced environment. You will lead end-to-end sourcing, analyze spend, negotiate MSAs and SOWs, and drive cost savings while aligning with risk and compliance requirements.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Engineering to design governance, implement supplier programs, and optimize contingent workforce engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management.
• Experience negotiating complex MSAs, SOWs, and software agreements.
• Strong analytical skills for spend analysis and TCO evaluations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Legal, HR, IT and Engineering.
• Experience with contingent workforce, MSPs, and outsourcing governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across multiple indirect categories.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with market and spend analyses.
• Negotiate complex contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and software licenses.
• Drive cost savings, supplier consolidation, and value creation initiatives.
• Manage supplier performance through scorecards, QBRs, and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver compliant, cost-effective procurement.
