Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Sourcing Lead III to drive strategic sourcing initiatives for high-value categories across North America. You will advise clients, negotiate with suppliers, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver long-term value and procurement transformation.

The role requires deep category expertise, leadership experience, and a track record of driving innovative sourcing practices with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience, including leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in category management and supplier strategy.
• Proven success in client advisory or procurement consulting roles.
• Advanced procurement certifications and/or MBA preferred.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead high-impact sourcing strategies for complex, high-value categories.
• Align sourcing initiatives with client business objectives and procurement transformation goals.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and procurement leadership.
• Lead strategic supplier negotiations, including multi-year agreements and risk mitigation.
• Identify emerging trends and drive adoption of digital sourcing tools, automation, and analytics.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and mentor sourcing leads at all levels.
