Dyno Nobel, a global leader in commercial explosives, seeks a Sourcing Specialist to support Direct Sourcing across North America in a manufacturing setting. You will execute Source-to-Pay processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize spend and supplier performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sourcing or procurement, with proficiency in SAP and MS Office and experience managing supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sourcing, Category Management or Procurement.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Mining Services, Oil & Gas preferred.
• Ability to manage and enhance supplier relationships, performance and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth Source-to-Pay process execution within a manufacturing environment.
• Assist in developing spend baselines and opportunity analyses for cost savings.
• Help monitor supplier safety, quality, delivery and service standards.
• Gather data and support Trade Working Capital improvement initiatives on inventory and terms.
• Support procurement across North American sites and cross-functional alignment.
