Dyno Nobel, Inc. seeks a Sourcing Specialist to support the Direct Sourcing team with daily procurement operations, data analysis, contract administration, and supplier performance tracking.

You will help ensure a smooth Source-to-Pay process and contribute to cost-saving initiatives across North American sites. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years in sourcing or procurement, with SAP/MS Office proficiency and experience in manufacturing or mining services preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years in Sourcing, Category Management or Procurement.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Mining Services, Oil & Gas preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Assist Direct Sourcing with day-to-day procurement operations.
• Support data analysis, contract administration, and supplier tracking.
• Ensure Source-to-Pay process execution within manufacturing.
• Help develop spend baselines and identify cost savings.
• Monitor supplier safety, quality, delivery, and service metrics.
• Gather data for Trade Working Capital and inventory terms.
• Support procurement across North American sites.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and negotiate supplier agreements.
• Track commodity markets, capacity indicators, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with departments to meet goals and maintain policy compliance.
