Inceed, on behalf of a client in Irving, Texas, seeks a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for Indirect Services. The role owns end-to-end sourcing, data-driven category decisions, and collaboration across teams.

You will manage spend analysis, cost modeling, and supplier negotiations in a fast-moving environment with clear career growth. Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in procurement, strong Excel, and familiarity with P2P processes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience managing competitive sourcing events independently.
• Strong Excel skills for analysis and cost modeling.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of procure-to-pay processes or systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end sourcing events for assigned subcategories.
• Build RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Evaluate bids and recommend awards.
• Conduct spend analysis and supplier market research.
• Develop cost models and benchmarking analyses.
• Support category strategy with market and supplier insights.
• Lead lower-complexity negotiations and renewals.
• Coordinate contracting and third-party review workflows.
• Track renewals, supplier records, and sourcing pipelines.
• Support reporting, scorecards, and process improvements.
