Job summary

Inceed, on behalf of a client in Irving, Texas, seeks a Strategic Sourcing Specialist for Indirect Services. The role owns end-to-end sourcing, data-driven category decisions, and collaboration across teams.

You will manage spend analysis, cost modeling, and supplier negotiations in a fast-moving environment with clear career growth. Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in procurement, strong Excel, and familiarity with P2P processes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience managing competitive sourcing events independently.
• Strong Excel skills for analysis and cost modeling.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of procure-to-pay processes or systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation: $130000 - $160000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Irving, Texas

You’ll support indirect services categories in a highly strategic environment where analysis, collaboration, and execution all matter. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Run end-to-end sourcing events for assigned subcategories
• Build RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in indirect services categories
• Exposure to HR, consulting, professional services, or facilities
• Experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Omnea, or Oracle
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools
• Knowledge of third-party risk or privacy review processes
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization
• Progress toward CPSM, MCIPS, or similar certification
