Job summary

Redaptive is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to partner with Category Management to develop cost models and map supply chain coverage for go-to-market categories in a hybrid Denver environment.

You will analyze market trends, manage indirect spend contracts, lead vendor onboarding, and provide reporting on sourcing activities to influence pricing and efficiency across Redaptive’s energy-services portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field.
• 2+ years in category management, supply chain, operations or project management.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Indirect spend contract management and renewals.
• Track active/expiring contracts and support renewals.
• Contract negotiation for optimized spend control.
• Lead onboarding for indirect spend vendors.
• PO creation and support.
• Support category management, procurement, and reporting.
• Conduct market analysis for indirect spend categories.
• Inform stakeholders of market opportunities and risks due to material cost fluctuations.
• Cost modeling for lighting, solar, HVAC, data (40%).
• Supplier coverage mapping (25%).
• Data analysis/report generation (25%).
• MFX line strategy insight (10%).
