Redaptive is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to partner with Category Management to develop cost models and map supply chain coverage for go-to-market categories in a hybrid Denver environment.
You will analyze market trends, manage indirect spend contracts, lead vendor onboarding, and provide reporting on sourcing activities to influence pricing and efficiency across Redaptive’s energy-services portfolio.
Redaptive is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will partner with Category Management to develop and refine cost models supporting each of our go-to-market categories, map supply chain regional and capacity coverage, and create reports/summaries of current Sourcing activities and associated impacts to the company. Additionally, you will use your excellent communication skills, data analysis experience, and industry knowledge to monitor trends and feedstock indices to influence price negotiations. You will also partner with internal stakeholders to develop to drive efficiencies and positively influence company objectives. This position reports to the Category Management Lead. Redaptive is an Energy-as-a-Service provider that funds and installs energy-saving and energy-generating equipment. Redaptive’s programs help many of the world’s most sophisticated organizations reduce energy waste, save money, lower carbon emissions, and meet sustainability goals across their entire real estate portfolios. This position is located in Denver, Colorado under our hybrid work plicy.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 2+ years of experience in category management/supply chain management/operations or project management role. Strong technical skills and ability in operational systems and tools, such as ERP systems, CRM software, workflow automation tools, and data analytics platforms. Advanced to expert experience in Excel (and other database software) to manipulate large data sets into impactful tool sets. Travel: This role does not involve any international travel.
