Job summary

Deloitte’s Sourcing & Procurement practice is seeking a Manager to lead direct materials sourcing and cost transformation across client engagements. You will drive project delivery, analytics, and technology-enabled procurement solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves advising on sourcing strategies, developing total cost of ownership models, and coordinating cross-functional teams including onshore and offshore resources. Travel is required to support client projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, industry, or both.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading sourcing and procurement projects from strategy through implementation.
• Experience with spend analytics, RFPs, strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operations, demand management, and supplier management.
• Ability to travel about 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, testing, and performance metric development
• Advise clients on supply chain strategy and translating findings into sourcing strategies, total cost of ownership models, and recommendations for client executives
• Manage multiple workstreams and lead onshore and offshore teams in a client service environment
• Support transformation initiatives using eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua
• Assess category cost drivers, supplier opportunities, and large datasets to identify trends, insights, and cost improvement opportunities
