Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of consulting/industry experience required.
• Experience leading sourcing and procurement projects end-to-end.
• Experience with spend analytics, RFPs, category management, and supplier management.
• Willingness to travel ~50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, and deployment.
• Advise clients on supply chain strategy and translate findings into sourcing strategies and cost models.
• Manage multiple workstreams and lead onshore/offshore teams in a client environment.
• Support transformation initiatives with eProcurement tools like Coupa, Ariba, or iValua.
• Identify cost drivers and opportunities from large datasets to drive savings.
