Job summary

Deloitte's Sourcing and Procurement practice is seeking a Senior Manager to lead direct materials sourcing and cost transformation initiatives across strategy and implementation. You will guide on spend analytics, should-cost models, and AI-enabled procurement solutions, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to deliver measurable cost reductions and robust client outcomes.

The role requires leading multiple workstreams, building client relationships, and driving procurement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, industry, or combined experience.
• 5+ years of experience in direct materials spend analytics, RFP and strategic sourcing.
• 8+ years of experience leading teams or managing projects for sourcing and procurement engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Experience developing should-cost models for direct materials.
• Experience performing value analysis/value engineering and product teardown activities.
• Experience using BOM analysis and spend analytics for direct material categories.
• Experience with SRM, including supplier performance management, supply continuity, or dual-sourcing strategies.
• Experience using eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, or iValua, including AI-enabled sourcing or category management tools.

Responsibilities

• Leading sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, AI-enabled sourcing and category strategy design, solution configuration, deployment, testing, and knowledge management
• Advising clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translating findings into sourcing strategies, actionable insights, and total cost of ownership and should-cost models
• Leading multiple workstreams and onshore and offshore teams in a fast-paced client service environment
• Supporting transformation initiatives with eProcurement and AI-enabled sourcing technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua
• Conducting value chain and supply chain mapping, product teardown, and value analysis/value engineering activities to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities
• Building client stakeholder relationships, presenting recommendations to executives, and directing teams to support delivery and client satisfaction
