Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Manager - Sourcing & Procurement to lead direct materials sourcing and cost transformation on the SCNO team. You will drive strategy across process design, analytics, and technology-enabled procurement solutions.

You will manage multiple workstreams, mentor teams, and engage with client executives to translate findings into actionable sourcing strategies and total cost of ownership models. Travel 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, industry, or both.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading sourcing and procurement projects from strategy through implementation.
• Experience with spend analytics, RFP processes, strategic sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management, and supplier management.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients served.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, testing, knowledge management, and performance metric development.
• Advise clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translate findings into sourcing strategies, total cost of ownership models, and recommendations for client executives.
• Manage multiple workstreams and lead onshore and offshore teams in a client service environment.
• Support transformation initiatives using eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
• Assess category cost drivers, supplier opportunities, and large datasets to identify trends, insights, and cost improvement opportunities.
