• Ensure specifications meet internal customer needs and services/products requirements.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and manage risk through negotiations.
• Issue purchase orders and manage performance, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Coordinate documentation with logistics and warehousing for proper receipt.
• Provide solutions aligned with defined processes and communicate effectively.
• Review and approve supplier payments as needed.
