Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Senior Supply Chain Procurement Specialist in Oregon to lead strategic sourcing and long-term supplier agreements. You will collaborate with program management to ensure cost-effective procurement, supplier quality, and on-time delivery across electrical and electromechanical goods.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, and the ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance. Travel around 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with years of relevant experience; see Senior/Principal requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with program management and multi-functional teams.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government audits; SECRET clearance capability.

Responsibilities

• Sources and procures electrical, electronic, and electromechanical goods and services.
• Analyze spending and market data to determine price objectives and feasibility.
• Establish master pricing agreements and long-term supplier contracts.
• Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Issue purchase orders and manage order performance; coordinate with logistics and QA teams.
