Anduril Industries in Morrisville, NC seeks a senior Supply Chain Manager, Procurement & Sourcing to own end-to-end procurement operations and product sourcing engineering. You will lead Buyers, Sourcing Engineers, and Subcontract Managers while developing sourcing strategies for supply continuity, cost optimization, and quality at scale.

You will negotiate MSAs, manage cradle-to-grave orders, and drive data-driven performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in progressive roles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Experience with technical procurement and reading drawings/blueprints.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and eligible for a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals including Buyers, Sourcing Engineers, and Subcontract Managers.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure continuity, quality, efficiency, and cost optimization at scale.
• Negotiate MSAs and complex terms to establish favorable pricing and service terms.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Manufacturing to meet targets.
